I just had a brand new set of tyres fitted on my Mercedes E-Class at a tyre shop, but now I’ve noticed the car is pulling quite noticeably to the right when I’m driving on a straight road, and the steering wheel isn’t sitting dead centre when I’m going straight. I took it back to the shop and they said they did a wheel alignment, but I’m pretty sure they just did a basic toe-and-go adjustment because the car still feels off. I’ve read that modern cars with electronic power steering and advanced suspension systems need a proper four-wheel alignment with the correct specifications, and just adjusting the front toe isn’t enough. I’m also concerned about uneven tyre wear if I leave it like this, especially since these tyres weren’t cheap. I’m in Abu Dhabi and I’ve been looking for the best wheel alignment in Abu Dhabi from a place that uses modern equipment and actually takes the time to get the settings right. Does anyone know a workshop that does a proper job with alignment, preferably one that uses a Hunter system or similar, and can handle the electronic steering calibration if needed? I’d really appreciate a recommendation for a place that does it right the first time.
