1. How does Asha’s Conversations protect my anonymity?

Your privacy is our priority. You don’t need to share your name, personal details, or even show your face. Every conversation is completely anonymous, allowing you to express yourself freely and without judgment.

2. Do I have to commit to multiple sessions?

Not at all. You can book a single session whenever you need, with no long-term commitment. If you’d like ongoing support, we also offer bundle options for returning clients.

3. What if I don’t know what to say?

That’s okay. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words. Whether you need to vent, process your thoughts, or just sit in silence with someone who understands, this space is yours to use however feels best.

4. Will I be required to provide personal information?

No, we do not require your real name, email, or any personal details. You can remain completely anonymous.

5. What can I talk about?

You can talk about anything that’s on your mind—stress, personal struggles, life challenges, or even just small daily frustrations. This is a space for you to be heard.

6. Is this therapy or counseling?

No. Our listeners are not therapists or counselors . This platform is for emotional support and active listening.

7. Can I receive advice if I ask for it?

While our listeners primarily offer a safe space to be heard, they may share perspectives or supportive words if you request them. However, this is not professional advice.

8. How long are the sessions?

Sessions are available in 15-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute durations. You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

9. How do I join my session?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation page with a direct session link. At your scheduled time, simply click the link, enter a name (can be anonymous), and join the conversation.

10. What happens if I join at the wrong time?

Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time. If you join early or outside your slot, you will be removed. Please ensure you join only at your designated session time.

12. What if I miss my session?

Missed sessions are non-refundable, but if an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist you.

12. How are payments processed?

Payments are securely processed through WooCommerce and Stripe/PayPal. We do not store payment information on our servers.

13. Can I reschedule a session?

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Please reach out to us in advance if you need to adjust your session time.
